Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you love your home goods order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are ready to assist you with returns and refunds.

Return Eligibility

Items can be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery.
Products must be unused, in original condition, with all original packaging, tags and accessories intact.
Damage caused by improper assembly, misuse, accident or normal wear and tear will not qualify for return.
Custom furniture & personalized home decor are non-returnable unless received defective or damaged.

How to Request a Return

Email us at RandyAguilar756@outlook.com with your order number, item photos and return reason.
We will review your request and send a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions within 2–3 business days.

⚠️ Important: Do not ship items back without RA number. Packages received without authorization may be refused.

Return Shipping

Buyer’s remorse / change of mind: Buyer covers return shipping cost. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged, defective or wrong item received: We will cover return shipping after verification with photos/videos.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of refund approval. Approved refunds will go back to your original payment method. Refunds usually take 5–10 business days to reflect on your account, subject to your payment provider.

Damaged Items Upon Delivery

Please inspect your package immediately after delivery. If your home product arrives broken, scratched or defective, email RandyAguilar756@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery and attach clear photos or videos of damage and packaging. We will offer replacement, partial refund or full refund.
